 Welcome to Click & Build. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before renting a set. 

• Click & Build offers multiple rental and subscription plans, including short-term and recurring options.
• Each plan includes access to one set at a time, unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Plan details, pricing, and eligible sets are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

• The standard rental period is 3 days, starting from the date the set is delivered.
• Rental extensions may be requested, subject to availability.
• Extension charges will apply and may be calculated per day or per week, as displayed or communicated at the time of extension.
• Late returns without an approved extension may result in additional charges.

• Sets are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
• Customers must return the set in its original condition at the end of the rental period.
• Return instructions and timelines will be shared with the order.
• Failure to return the set on time may result in late fees or extension charges.

• Customers are responsible for the safe and careful use of all rented sets.
• Any missing, lost, or damaged pieces will be chargeable.

                  Charges may include:

• ₹50–₹100 per minor missing piece (depending on size and rarity)
• 10–20% of the set’s market value for major damage or significant loss
• Charges will not exceed the full market value of the set
•  Click & Build reserves the right to assess the condition of returned sets and   determine applicable charges.

                 Reporting Issues:

• Any missing or damaged pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Issues reported after this period may not be accepted.

• We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other supported digital options.
• Full payment is required before dispatch of any set.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the set has been shipped.
• No refunds will be issued once the rental period has started.
• This policy is strictly applied to the 3-day rental plan.

• Each new or different set requires a separate payment or renewal.
• A new set will only be dispatched after the current set has been returned, unless otherwise agreed.
• Subscriptions do not automatically include multiple or replacement sets.

By renting from Click & Build, you agree to:

• Use the sets responsibly and for personal use only
• Keep sets away from water, fire, pets, and misuse
• Ensure all pieces are returned at the end of the rental period

 Click & Build reserves the right to suspend or refuse service to customers in cases of repeated damage, loss, misuse, or violation of these terms. 

 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
